Intuitive Massage
Exceptional massage therapy includes more than just kneading muscles. The body consists of layers of muscle, connective tissue, fascia, energy channels, and bioenergic fields. We are a combination of physical, mental, emotional, and spitirual beings. An intuitive massage therapist is able to feel through all these layers to clear congestion and release stuck patterns and bring about a sense of peaceful relaxation along with ease of movement.
Reiki
Reiki is a form of alternative healing that uses Universal (Rei) Life Force Energy (Ki) to completely relax the client and promote the body's own innate healing process. The therapist places their hands on or near the client's body and requests that the energy flow to where it is needed most. Once energy is flowing freely in the body, the client is left feeling profoundly relaxed, more joyful, content, and at ease.
Stephanie combines Reiki with crystals, subtle Aromatherapy, and sound to achieve the best possible treatment.

About me
I am Stephanie L Soder. I have been a Certified Massage Therapist since 1995. I integrate deep tissue massage with Swedish, Myofascial Release, and active range of motion, bringing the client's breath and awareness into the process as much as possible to achieve a deep, healing release from pain due to tension, injuries, work-related stressors, or everyday life stress.
